Lucky Strike
Manufacturer:
American Tobacco Company

Tobacco Type:
Cigarette
Quote:

Luckies draw easily- burn evenlyIt also means no annoying loose end to cling to lips or mess up the nice things in a woman's purse. And everyday more and more women are showing their appreciation by saying Luckies please.

Comments:

There is no denying the sexual innuendos of this 1930s advertisement: “So round, so firm, so fully packed,” the text reads above two large, touching circles which resemble breasts or testicles. Of course, the text also refers to a Lucky cigarette as the ad attempts to subliminally link sex with smoking.

Keywords:

Female, sex appeal, woman, young adult
