His ability to judge show dogs is compared to his ability to judge cigarettes, and Camel is deemed here to be ‘Best in Show.’ It is not entirely clear why we should emulate the smoking choice of a famous dog handler. Perhaps the subliminal message is for us to be obedient when we follow the doctor’s advice.
