Nutella is commonly replicated by edibles brands and features a range of nicknames including “bakella” and “nugtella,” both of which include puns for marijuana. In this case, the hazelnut leaves are replaced with marijuana flowers. The term “nug” is common slag for a chunk of marijuana flowers.
