Big companies have done relatively little to target copy-cat marijuana companies aside from a landmark settlement between Hershey’s Co. and TinctureBelle that mandated the small edibles company stop producing any product that resembled or could be confused with a Hershey’s product (https://scholar.google.com/scholar_case?case=6813710710751801749&q=tincturebelle&hl=en&as_sdt=2006).
