An Old Gold is a grand smoke. But it leaves nothing behind except a pleasant recollection.

Comments:

This blue collar worker represents the every-day man in a time when most advertisements featured upper class gentlemen. He admits that he’s “what they call an ‘endless chain smoker,’” without much guilt, because he has “never greeted the family with tainted breath.” Presented as a family man who works hard for his money, this man is relatable.

Keywords:

Cough, Health, Throat
