Comments:

This range looks very similar to a 1950s cowboy western film, complete with the painted background matte of mountains. The man and woman in the foreground smoke Winstons and the man explains that the filter and flavor of Winstons makes it the most popular brand on the range. Winston uses the strong, outdoorsy, western vibe of this ad to evoke strong flavor and healthfulness due to filter.
