You'll be seeing her everywhere! And if you decide that The Individuality Girl is well-named, you may agree that Chesterfield cigarettes have a character all their own, too.

Comments:

This advertisement features a distinguished woman dressed in the regalia of an English horseback rider. Legs crossed and riding crop in hand, this woman is “individuality” personified. The ad juxtaposes a woman with “character” with Chesterfields, which the ad explains are cigarette with “a character all their own, too.” The ad manipulates women by insinuating that they seek self-expression through their cigarette brand.

Keywords:

athletics, equestrian, Female, Independence, sophisticated, woman
