This ad appeals to both males and females. A pretty girl is approaching a group of handsome cheerleaders claiming that Viceroys are what the girls are going for. Boys who see this ad will want to smoke Viceroys to attract a girl like that and girls will smoke Viceroys to be more like the girl in the ad. The emphasis that it costs “only a penny more” further entices college students who are trying to save as much as possible to pay for tuition.
