Quote:

Anyone who has ever done any traveling knows how changes of climate may affect the throat. Now a Senator not only travels a lot between his own State and Washington D.C. And on campaign tours all over the country; but, on most of his travels he is constantly being called upon to make speeches. So he has to be doubly careful of his throat. In my own case, I take every possible, precaution, end, of course, this includes the choice of a cigarette that accommodates itself to my throat- a light smoke.
