International Boxing Hall of Fame inductee, Jimmy McLarnin (1907-2004) was an Irish-born professional boxer who grew up in Canada. He began boxing at the age of 10, began training at the age of 13, and fought (and lost) for his first title shot in New York at the age of 21, earning himself the nickname “Baby Faced Assassin”
